We've had good experience with 2lethomes, 2nd year renting the same apartment. They've been very professional, giving me the required notice and helping out with issues when we initially moved into the apartment. Lisa was especially very helpful and we'd say flexible and easy to approach - and same goes for the rest of the staff we've had contact with, always willing to help. Thanks to the team at 2lethomes!
BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS.Dealing with Lisa was a miserable task from the offset. She is rude, impolite and completely unprofessional. She gives you the complete impression from the offset that you are a nuisance inconveniencing her day, dont dare ask too many questions. You will see this is a common story throughout many of the reviews- BELIEVE IT! She has a disgusting attitude.
Just got home after viewing a property, I was worried after reading the reviews on here and actually feel they cannot be further from the truth. The lady who showed me around was lovely and when I called the office they were nothing but helpful to me. I am going to go on and rent this place and look forward to a long relationship with this lovely company. Please don't listen to these people who are reviewing this company they obviously look like they have a problem with this company
Ive delt with many agents in my time and can safely say that Lisa and her staff provide a first class service. Running really late for my viewing I contacted Lisa who rearranged her appointments so the viewing could still go ahead . The process of renting through 2Let Homes was made easy by the helpful staff in the office and I was kept fulling informed every step of the way.
