I can honestly say my experience with Hunters was nothing like this. I found their communication to be excellent, they were not pushy, they responded to my requests timely. I liked that the advice they gave me took into account the tenant as well, I mean they were balanced in terms of looking what was fair to both sides. I found this reassuring because presumably the tenants sensed this as well. Their fee was by far the most competitive, they stood by their word on everything and did not try and sell me options I did not need or want. I dealt initially with Michael, who was very helpful and patient, and later, the main contact was Alex, who was always available and responsive, diligent, and totally professional. I am very grateful, and firmly recommend them.
