Alex and his team are fantastic!! Nothing is too much trouble for them. Setting up my tenancy they were personable, professional and willing to help. They have been friendly, approachable and quick to resolve any issues I had. As a tenant I couldnt have asked for a better letting / management agency! I wish they were all as good as this! Equity London have been managing a few of my properties for a number of years and I cannot fault Alex and his team. From the initial search and engagement with new tenants to the resolution of issues for tenants, he has been brilliant. If I am unable to source trades people he has good contacts that provide a good service. Equity's rates are also very competitive. In my opinion Equity work hard for both the owner and the tenants.
