Louisa was a pleasure to deal with selling my late father's property.Louisa was so helpful & approachable & even when the first sale fell through she took the time to contact me & advise that the paperwork could be quickly amended for the next buyer & that we could come into the office at anytime to discuss details. So different from the dreadful service from Laurus Law in London who dealt with probate.Would encourage relatives to deal with local companies who are personable & actually care about the people they are dealing with. Thanks again Louisa for your kind assistance I
I'm giving this review as an honest and genuine experience I had and only gave them 1 star as I couldn't give them less.My father employed this firm as executors of his will back in 2004. We expected a professional service like you would from any solicitor. A long story short they failed to inventory the physical items of the estate only trying to ascertain any items of worth via a antiques evaluator, so when the tenner ran off with half of the items in the property we had no recourse to get these back due to their failure, they did not considering that many items may have been of sentimental value etc. When My father died his stepdaughter was living in the property rent free which she continued to do for a further 2 years approximately to which we requested numerous times for TG Baynes to get a contract in place from her to pay rent into the estate which over the period of the probate and by the time she did a moonlight flit would've to amount to circa 24K so they also failed to get a contract in place so failed on a second major requirement of being a executor, namely secure financial assets and income of the estate. Another element, you'd expect from an executor was a swift execution of the estate and probate, this went on for 18 months in a main part in my opinion due to Kully not chasing up information from Greenwich and Bexley authorities regarding my dad's care from an office not 1/2 mile away from their office at the end of the Broadway for over 6 months until we stepped in and started chasing myself. They never once went to the office to chase which was less than a 5 minute walk.In my opinion they were quite 'toothless' when dealing with a solicitor of the trust which his second wife set up after he was put into care. There were many other elements which in my opinion were far from satisfactory, so my advice would be to look elsewhere and also check that your parents or grandparents have not signed up to this company ASAP, if so, I'd suggest that they find another alternative, but again in my opinion and experience would also avoid WMK in Sidcup like the plague
Great legal advice when I needed it. Highly recommended.
I was recommended Mrs Pavendeep Gill by friends and having spoken to her, I am grateful for her advice and would highly recommend her. She made me feel at ease and was friendly.
I have used TG Baynes for many years and have been impressed with their work, they are accurate fast and dependable. I can rely on them to give me an honest opinion and act in their clients best interests.Emma Lee has been my solicitor of choice for many years and she has shown a remarkable ability to be able to get to the "bones" of the matter and get a good deal for her clients.
