I must say having dealt with soo many solicitors as an Estate Agent. Pam Downes has been a breath of fresh air to deal with, extremely efficient service throughout the buying process on behalf of her client.
Never return calls and emails. The solicitors are rude when actually spoken to.
Efficient but Kelly is very moody and unhelpful to the point of being rude. Would not use again.
