Great food and service, did not really care about price as I was not paying.

Food was lovely, however bitterly disappointed the lady took it for granted she would keep the 40 'over-payment'. We all paid in cash in 20 notes - we was going to give a tip anyway once we had received our change, but was ushered to the bar (even though we didn't want to stay for drinks) and no change was offered or given!!!

Oh what a lovely old restaurant. Very traditional with super helpful and polite staff. Good wine list. The nicest and longest established restaurant in Bexley Village. Not expensive, good value. Your mum would definitely like it here.
