A nice guy and he came on a Saturday which is a plus. However, he hasn't notified me about a 50 call-out charge even though I sent a text asking about it. He didn't reply to my text. Even though he received my text about my address... For this reason, I am leaving 2 stars. It is a lot of money and customers should be notified about any amount of money they are expected to pay before a visit. It's the responsibility of a service provider according to consumers act 2015. Note that he stayed for 10 minutes in my house. I let him in, thinking there wasn't any call-out fees. Especially when another contractor came on a weekend without asking for a call-out fees.
Definitely recommended! Our house had a problem with the central heating system.He was able to come out to me the day after I called. Investigated and diagnosed what was the problem within 10 minutes after he arrived. He then arranged an appointment the next day to fix the problem with the parts we needed for the heating system. He is efficient, experienced and know what he is doing. He is friendly and professional. He also changed the control panels for us which started to fail after he fixed the system on the spot.
Called aquaheat after a problem with my immersion that two previous engineers came to look at and couldn't fix and they turned up and fixed the problem first time ! Excellent and affordable, HIGHLY RECOMMEND
