I had my first physio session with Linda in November 2018 after suffering for a while with dizziness and balance problems as a result of an inner ear complication. Linda devised an individually tailored exercise regime that has resulted in a significant improvement after just 4 sessions. She has taken time to explain exactly what my problems are, ways to overcome them and has been able to give professional guidance and advice when requested.
