0 STARS IF I COULD!!The staff do not answer the phone when it says on their website they are open!!!. Up until recently they had incorrect opening DAYS advertised!. I came down to the club on a sunday only to find it was closed, unlike website suggested!!. Not impressed. CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS TO IMPROVE!!!!

So we had a stag night here last night...it was a short notice booking and Nathan was lovely and very helpful!!.... we all had an amazing night and all staff for Arcadia door staff and bar staff was super amazing...we definitely will be doing this again...once again thank you so much we all had an amazing time would recommend anyone doing privet partys to look into booking as Arcadia!!
