Nice place to eat.Good to look out onto river thames while eating.Friendly staff and great atmosphere as well as delicious food.

Here for my daughter baby shower the waitress was so lovely .. had a permanent smile. . Nothing was too much trouble. . I've visited this place many a time .. really like it .. food is good ..... as always
This Zizzi has to be the worst branch l have ever had the misfortune to visit.The lack of acknowledgement on arrival, and poor customer service was beyond belief.The staff lack grace, tact, warmth, general courtesy, or any of the skills required for the service industry.The table was dirty, and the restaurant has a grubby appearance. This did not instill any desire or confidence that my food would be hygenically prepared, and presented.Do yourself a favour.....avoid this place like the plague!!!
Prices were reasonable. I had the three-course set menu, after which I was completely full, even having shared my starter. Restaurant was very loud, unfortunately - there are no dividers and on a Friday night it was almost completely full - they did quickly find us a table though. Staff were capable. Toilets were clean but are up the stairs.
