Fantastic customer service. Very spacious rooms with everything you need. Delicious food and a great variety at breakfast.
Decent gaff, was here for a course and the hotel / bar / staff etc was all decent. Food aside from breakfast which was good was just about palatable. Room was nice - tv solid - v helpful staff on reception - would recommend
We had a spa day which advertised as peace and quite relaxing but it was not there was a group of young adults making so much noise they was playing tag in the pool also had a very large ring in the pool so it was had to swim up and down a few people did moan about them the stuff did ask them to carm down but it went on deaf ears and also it said on my paper work you could hire a towel a robe and slippers for a 5.00 so I decided to do that but when I got there they had no towels but said they just arrived and they would bring it to me when they get them so I payed for it so I got a robe four hours later still no robe so I had to dry myself on a robe this was my first spa dont no it Ill do it again one good note the ladies that work there are very nice
room was excellent. very comfy bed with all amenities. I had only 2 personal negatives which was the cold bathroom floor during the night and the extremely poor gym facilities. staff and food were excellent. I had breakfast. there was plenty on offer and the service was excellent. short walk into town for all major show and a large Lidl opposite.
Absolutely beautiful as you walk in. Fantastic service. Room was very spacious. Hotel has a large bar area. Leisure facilities also included in room. Room service was fantastic. We would definitely come back to this hotel.
