Broken mechanism on sliding door meant that the door would not open. The member of staff attended and managed to open the door. The mechanism was broken and the repair necessitated arranging for a new part to be shipped from Italy and then installed. Service was exceptional and care was taken at all steps of the process. I needed a lock replaced on an external door and A1 Secure were absolutely brilliant. They replaced the lock for me the very next day and were reasonably priced. Their knowledge was second to none and I would have no problem in recommending them.
