Have been going to this gym for the past 4 years mainly out of convenience (location and good parking). The classes are great and the gym is good with a wide range of equipment. Main criticism is the changing rooms/toilet/shower/steam and sauna facilities; this all needs a huge revamp- always smells of sewage and feels really icky and gross.For the extortionate monthly fees they really dont put much towards maintenance and upkeep of the centre. For example the leaking ceiling tiles in one of the rooms where classes are held, has been like this for over a month! A disaster asking to happen. *facepalm*
I would like to be here five times a week! Great place full of fantastic atmosphere. Clean,nice,professional. Outstanding place for families. All people should learn to swim. This is essential for Your own cardio benefits.

Great services which I have visited in the past. It has a range of facilities to cater for every need including wheelchair access. It is often busy which is a sign of a good leisure centre.
Pool is possibly clean, but my husband said the gents toilets were disgusting. Poo all over one of the seats and door on other cubical had no lock and was dirty. I dread to think that if poo is all over the seat what is on someones bum when they get in the pool??? Makes me feel sick. Cleanliness did seem to improve a while back but its not kept up. During school hols more staff is needed to keep cleanliness up. The shower cubicals also need a deep clean as that pink mould is growing again. Why do the cleaners never ever clean behind the doors on the wall or floor??? The shower spray heads are so scaled up that they all need replacing Barr one. People employed there don't look happy and should all be sent on a customer service course. The only time they are nice is if you are signing up for a direct debit.!! So wrong...
