Delivered bed no headboard then had to collect it from store got home no fittings had to go store again no phone call from driver to indicate a time am or pm 5 phone calls not happy
Well, I am actually posting a review before I receive the bed. Once received I will re-post about the quality of the product. I ordered the bed on Friday 19th October and was told I would have it between 7 - 10 day and at a stretch 14 days. Well I received a call late yesterday afternoon and a message was left for me. I was working so unable to call until this morning. I discovered that they deliver twice a week and all the slots were filled. I now need to wait another week for delivery so not at all happy. If you need a bed in a hurry I suggest you go else where.
This is truly a good company.I bought visco comfort mattress from them and on delivery morning shop Manager call me that the mattress they had in stock for me has got rip on it so it will not be possible to deliver today they have to order another one for me.I was really angry and told him I got rid of my old mattress and have no mattress to sleep on.In short I shouted and exactly made sure He knows how unhappy I am and How bad is it for them to let me down on a point where I have nothing to sleep on.He said because you have no mattress to sleep on I am going to give you upgrade premier 2000 mattress and we will deliver you today and this mattress is 100 more we will not charge you anything extra as we have to make sure our customer is happy.I agreed on upgrade and went to their website to check whether the upgrade is genuine.I saved this image and information from their website and checked the price it was correct and genuine upgrade.All I can say this the best mattress I ever had and I am so happy with the upgrade and specially the attitude of Store manager who was not patronizing at all and didn't even hesitated to understanding the situation and spontaneously came across with solution which tells you how good company is to back up their staff decisions and importance of customers .I am so impressed from customer service to delivery they are very good and so professional.I would recommend it to everyone try bexleyheath store if you are local 5* service.
I went in to this shop to look for 2 double beds. I had been looking online - but decided against it because I really wanted to see what I was getting. The service from the young lady who looked after me was first class and I would definitely recommend you visit this shop if you're looking for a new bed or mattress. Sorry I don't know the young lady's name. No hard sell here. Just good honest and friendly advice.
