We called into lots of funeral directors as we didnt know what to do but Lauren and Rhys immediately made us feel completely at ease and comfortable and made everything make sense, something the other funeral directors hadnt managed to do - from beginning to end they were there to support us and everything went exactly as wed hoped - highly highly recommend
