OBriens Electrical have recently been working at our home, the work has been to add plugs, move our TV and Speakers to a chimney breast, place speakers high up on a rear wall and change light fittings.What struck me right at the outset was Darrens knowledge and passion for his work we spoke in great length about the works required and Darren was so engaged in my needs giving me great ideas and advice. At no point did he write any notes but when I got the quote through less than 24 hours later it was exactly as we had discussed.This was so impressive, so I asked Darren how he does it he explained to me that he was actually completing the work in his head as we talked it through, meaning that he is able to recall exactly what is needed when it comes to quoting. Darren manged to perfectly translate what we had discussed to his team who arrived on time, were extremely polite and hardworking and have done a great job I am one seriously happy customer.
