I had my very first appointment today and was hugely impressed with the level of professionalism and general pleasantness shown by all the staff members I met and spoke to.This counts from Sam on Reception, through to the extremely helpful Kath and Roya who looked after my initial appointment.Overall, an excellent debut visit, even though a little painful at times :)
Very polite and helpful staff. Really nice interior and looks more like a nice house than a dentist. I went for the first time last week. Dr. Kath took the time to explain everything in detail regarding my x-rays and answered all of my questions clearly. Would definitely recommend.
The BEST DENTIST EVER!!! Its no surprise Claire won the award for best team member. Im not the biggest fan of dentists but this duo (Claire and Zara) put me at ease each visit and make it actually enjoyable! They have done an amazing job and I would highly recommend them. What a great place. Initially went there with a tooth ache and something special must be keeping me there as 6 years later Im still a regular patient.
I was extremely happy with the treatment Dr Khan gave me, he was so reassuring and went out of his way to advise me on the best course of action, which entailed reshaping my gums and whitening my teeth prior to fitting 2 new crowns and levelling a rather twisted incisor with white filling. I was very anxious at first but Im delighted with the outcome and can finally smile again without feeling self conscious (which I havent been able to do since I was 7 years old). The clinical team were excellent: they were helpful, accommodating and understanding, I would recommend the practice without hesitation.Thank you!
