Shopped with Village kids for a few years now, amazing range and great customer service. They really have surpassed themselves for service this holiday season though. Placed an order Friday evening 21st Dec, did not expect it before xmas, had a call off them on Saturday to check delivery address as it was somewhere different than usual and it arrived this morning Christmas Eve.... Outstanding.

Nightmare experience shopping with Village Kids, Ive been ordering from here for years although really disappointed how their service has lagged recently. I paid 11.95 for Saturday delivery on my last order which was clothes for my little one that were needed for a wedding we were due to attend, just found out that Village Kids cannot honour that now and will aim to have the items with me for Monday, this is absolutely pointless having paid them a substantial sum of money, they offer no means of rectifying the problem and cannot resolve the issue which they have created and have left me in the lurch.
