Literally out to ruin peoples lives, unhelpful , rude on the phone and incompitant staff considering legal action for what they have done to me!!!
This has been the worst experience of my life. Left in a room for 40 minutes crying. As two members of staff dismissed the meeting due to me having mental health problems and having a blip in which they could see i was becoming very distressed.They literally do not care if you got mental health issues and make a mockery out of you! Felt very undermined and looked down apon not to mention very humiliated! No one came in to check if i was alright. Disgusting service from those two individuals! Will not be going back to the two women who interviewed me. I have escalated a complaint which another member of staff was very appologetic of my experience- will be chasing for an update to hear the outcome!
Worst council in the country
Rude unhelpful staff with absolute zero empathy for an individuals situation, for example being homeless and trying to contact via email and having to wait weeks for a reply, they have spent the majority of their recent budget on new offices and as a result services have been stretched and taxpayers are suffering as a result, have never been given any real support throughout my life despite being from the area and being homeless on and off for a number of years.
Gorgeous new building, smoother more streamlined services. Great.
