Bought my used Audi S3 from Bexley Audi in December. Wesley was super amazing and i didn't fell pressurised at all during my test drive, he was very knowledgeable and professional!After i picked up my car, i emailed Wesley and explained how the S3 owners manual was missing, he promptly posted the booklets out. I would recommend buying your car from here, the whole experience was great! Weekends tend to be busy, so make an appointment.
The customer experience is poor, especially coming from a premium brand such as Audi. The staff show no interest and are quite rude. Was left waiting in the reception area to see an advisor for over an hour, with the promise of someone coming to see me in a few minutes.In the end have purchased an Audi from another dealership much further from where I live. Not to my surprise after enquiring about an annual service and repairs was provided different quotes for the same work from different people and was never called back as promise to book in the work.Do not recommend this dealership - PLEASE AVOID.

Brought my car for a warranty check and service a month ago. Slightly tedious process in getting the car fixed on time as promised, but eventually got there. Challenging for them to honour call backs as promised. but pleased to say the job was done and I was pleased with the final outcome. I would just say , improve the soft customer service skills and you should get a 5 star
Just picked up my new Q2 today and Im over the moon with it. Customer service was amazing, couldnt fault Neil, he was really helpful and polite. Great at his job and has exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend these guys. Will definitely be coming back again when my lease is up. A*
