Please do not use the Blue Anchor for eating or with children . I have just left this establishment, after visiting with the intention of enjoying a evening meal with my husband and grandchild . After ordering a drink, I went to use the ladies toilets with my 4 year old grandchild. Neither of the toilets were working and what met our eyes was disgusting! I immediately reported the problem to the landlady namely a woman called Zoe . I was met with verbal abuse , she advised it was not her fault as she was waiting for a plumber! Her boss namely Nick Priestley advised her that she could not put up a sign that the toilets were not working as she would not be able to operate food !!!She then asked me to leave the pub as I had raised the complain !!I called Milton brewery to inform them of the conduct as received and videoed the toilets not working ( I was decent enough to leave the seats down !! ) Milton was closed and I left a message on they telephone at 5.15pm .While I finished my glass of wine in the garden , I was then approached by a large man who asked me to leave , I enquired who he was and was informed he was the landlord ! And I had insulted his girlfriend by informing her the ladies toilets were not working !!!
