My son had flat tyre I thought it was a puncture - rang shop and they said no problem pop in and well see if we can sort it. Within 15 mins they pumped both tyres - gave loads of advice and swapped brakes around as unbeknown to us they were the European way round ( who knew!) - and all for free! Bike sorted and happy son :) highly recommend so knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you again.

Bexley Bikes recently fitted a dropper post my son had bought. There was a tiny piece of the fittings missing and Gary and Scott were extremely helpful in getting a replacement bit and then finishing the fitting. Thanks to them it's all working perfectly!
Don't get your bike repaired/serviced by the time agreed, don't complete all works asked for, quoted 65 (which is actually printed on invoice paper), and asked to pay 100 upon collection. Whilst they did only charge 80 in the end, and despite being a returning customer I will not be returning to this store for future repairs due to losing faith in their integrity. Also no invoice provided with a break down of works actually carried out above and beyond the 'estimate'. Quite disappointed overall considering a thoroughly positive experience the first time I used Bexley Bikes. Maybe just a bad day at the office but just not good enough to encourage repeat business.
